As it was pointed out to me, I do not really update this site (or any of my others) very often. This is mainly due to my job and the priorities that take precedence over my hobby. I am deploying to Iraq in early next year, and between that and my role as a single parent, I don't get to spend a lot of time working on costumes. Add the that the fact that I do not have anyone available to take photos or do shoots with, and you basically get my convention shots and "in the worx" self taken pics.

All my costuming has been put on hold until after my deployment. My sewing machine has been boxed up and packed, so even wanting to make more costumes wont enable me to do so. I don't mind deploying, in fact I am actually excited to go as I love my job very much, it just doesn't allow me all the privileges of being a civilian (or a cosplayer for that matter).

So where does this leave me? The Leia costume is officially the first on my list. I even have the fabric, wig, and am working on a belt. Hopefully when I get back and re-established I can knock it out in a weekend or two. Renji, Kakashi, Marly, and Sai... They're boxed up, wigs and all, and will hopefully live through the humidity here in North Carolina while I'm away. I have no intention of retiring any of my costumes anytime soon, so no worries on that front. I am also still a member of Koi and hopefully will still be able to assist in the script writing, costume planning, and even with the group pages despite my ditance.

So there you have it, I such at writing these things but thought I should throw a few explanations out there to quell the questions. ^_^ Take care and I will update my pages as I can.
